Whether you are planning a birthday, family reunion, graduation, or other special event, our experienced special events coordinators will help you create a unique, personalized affair. From swimming pools to pony rides, we offer everything you could possibly need to make your party a most memorable event.

Choose three activities for a 2 hour party or four activities for a 3 hour party!
What You Can Expect:
Below is a sample itinerary for a 3 hour party:

We provide experienced camp counselor for every 10 children. Our counselors will guide and lead your children through the entire party, as well as assist with party set-up, serving, and clean-up. Tumbleweed also provides up to 4 picnic tables for indoor or outdoor seating. The host family may arrive 30 minutes before the party to set up. We ask you to load your belongings and presents promptly at the conclusion of the party. The host family is responsible for purchasing and arranging for the delivery of all food, decorations, paper goods, and service ware. No alcohol, smoking, or pets are allowed on our camp property.
