Tumbleweed Adventure

Welcome to Tumbleweed Adventure, Tumbleweed's off-site, field trip based program. At Tumbleweed Adventure (TA), campers entering 3rd through 8th grade spend each day traveling to beautiful beaches and local area attractions.

Typical Tumbleweed Adventure Schedule:

Once Adventure campers arrive at camp, campers and staff join their  group and prepare for their day’s adventure. Mondays and Thursdays are beach days, Wednesdays are generally a theme park day, and the rest of the week consists of trips to nearby area attractions. Unless noted, TA campers will arrive back to camp in time for transportation home.

The Tumbleweed Adventure Program Includes:

Swimming, Boogie boarding and volleyball on Beach Days.

Spinning and flipping around whether on a roller coaster at Magic Mountain, Hurricane Harbor, or Aerial Arts Trapeze.

Sailing/Kayaking with counselors and friends.

Eating s’mores and sleeping under the stars at Tumbleweed Overnights.

Experiencing local area attractions such as laser-tag, rock climbing, go karts, miniature golf, the aquarium and much more on local Adventure Days.
