Congratulations on deciding to apply to Tumbleweed Day Camp. Here you will find the Staff Application, Reference and Release Forms. You may fill out our on-line staff application or download all three forms in one file in a PDF file. You will need all three forms to apply. You will need to print an extra copy of the Reference Form. All forms are in Adobe Acrobat (PDF format) and you will need to download a complimentary copy of the Acrobat Reader in order to view these forms.
