Overnight Overview
Just like during the camp day, campers are group together by grade. If there are other campers attending the overnight from their groups during the day, they will be with those same friends overnight. The same is true with their counselors. We make sure that each group is staffed with at least one counselor from that age group, with our younger groups having additional staff around to help. All of our directors spend the night, and our executive team stays late into the evening to support with dinner, evening program, anything homesickness, and staff support.
Sample Schedule
The overnight schedule follows a similar routine to most traditional overnight camps - chores and cabin time, followed by some free activity choice, then dinner family style. The highlight of the evening is of course the all-camp games that are only played on overnights followed by campfire, s'mores, and singing. We end the night with some quieter stories and all sleep out under the stars on one of our grassy fields (no tents needed!). The mornings are simple - wake up to pancakes and sausage, get into camp clothes and head out to another great day at Tumbleweed.
Thursday Post-Camp
4:15pm
Form overnight groups (based on daytime groups, and review schedule)
6:00pm
Family style dinner! Includes hamburgers, hotdogs, veggie burgers, chips, watermelon, and lemonade. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary concerns so that we can plan together.
8:00-9:00pm
Campfire, S'mores, Skits, Songs and so much more. It's like your own mini-overnight camp.
4:30-6:00pm
Set up sleeping area, rotate through "chores", participate in free choice activities including extra swim, inflatable, gaga, and more
7:00-8:00pm
Overnight exclusive all camp game. Experience North like never before.
9:30pm
Brushyateeth & go to bed. Time for lights out and sleeping under the stars
Friday Pre-Camp
7:00am
Goooooooooooood Morning! Campers head down to wash faces and do morning routine.
8:15am
Clean up from breakfast, tidy up game room area and get dressed for the day.
8:45am
Rest of camp starts to arrive and another day at Tumbleweed begins.
7:30am
Family style breakfast! Includes pancakes, sausage, fruit, cereal & milk.
8:30am
Pack up overnight items, clean up sleeping area, and head down to free play area.

How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?"The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
